Presenters

Dr Mark Setch, MCC
Mark Setch MCC is a Leadership and Personal Development Coach, Coach Educator, ICF Registered Mentor Coach, and Coach Supervisor. His vision is to inspire and equip people of all ages and walks of life to unleash their life and leadership potential and step up to a new level of confidence, competence, and fulfillment within their personal and professional lives.
Mark’s clients include small business owners, leaders in business, government, and not-for-profit organizations, community care coordinators and case workers, pastors and defence force chaplains.
As Senior Lecturer and Coaching Course Leader at ACAP University College, and Mentor Coach for all three credential levels, Mark brings a wealth of experience in the application of the ICF Core Competencies within coaching conversations. Mark currently serves on the ICF Coaching Education Global Board of Directors and is a member of the Coaching Education Accreditation Advisory Committee.

Kathy McKenzie, MCC
Kathy is a trailblazer in the Australian coaching industry, with extensive experience working across corporate and government sectors. As a highly respected innovator and entrepreneur, she founded FIRE UP Coaching in 1998 when coaching was still relatively new to organisations. Over the years, she has witnessed coaching evolve into a core driver of individual and organisational success, particularly in large-scale change projects.
Kathy’s expertise has been sought by numerous corporate and government entities, where she has led transformational leadership initiatives and fostered cultures of growth and development.
Specialties: Coaching, Facilitation and Training – Specialising in helping engagement and collaboration in communities and organisations.

Zsofia Juhasz. MCC
With over 18 years of leadership experience in dynamic and fast environments Zsofia brings an impeccable record of working with highly regarded, large, global corporations to help leaders thrive. I have developed a passion to support others grow by providing executive and leadership coaching to teams, groups and individuals, along with being a coach mentor and supervisor.
Having been coaching over 20 years and have demonstrated over 7.600 hours of experience, coaching and working across all levels including business function leaders and VPs, CxOs to achieve results around leadership and having an impact.
Committed to the industry, Zsofia as the President of the ICF Australasia Queensland Branch for over 3 years. In addition, she served on the ICF Professional Coaches organization’s global nominating committee for 4 years.
Zsofia is a registered mentor coach and coaching supervisor and co-created and co-facilitate the ICF Accredited Level 3 coaching education program – Becoming a masterful coach.
Prior to coaching Zsofia worked in HR leadership roles at AstraZeneca and The Walt Disney Company.

We understand things change and there are times when plans made don’t work out. If you need to cancel your ticket there will be a $30 administration fee charged. You are welcome to transfer or sell your ticket at no charge.
Please advise the event co-ordinator if you are no longer able to attend, wish to request a refund, have transferred or sold your ticket.
