Education Search Service (ESS)

The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics.

Level One, Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.

ICF Accreditation and Nationally Recognised Qualification

Please note – accreditation of a coach training school by ICF is a different and separate process to a program being assessed as providing a recognised qualification. If you are interested in attaining a recognised qualification, please check with the training provider to confirm this.

In Australia you can also check at https://www.myskills.gov.au/ and in New Zealand https://www.nzqa.govt.nz/qualifications-standards/.
