Credentialing

ICF Credential-holders are part of a self-regulating group of elite coaches who provide accountability to clients and the coaching profession as a whole. They pursue and complete rigorous education and practice requirements that provide unquestioned legitimacy to their commitment to excellence in coaching.

Credential applications are through ICF Headquarters in the USA.

ICF offers three credentials: Associate (ACC), Professional (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC). And for ACC and PCC the pathway you would take is determined by the coach training program you have completed - ACTP, ACSTH or Portfolio (a Coach Training that is not ICF approved or accredited).
