This session focuses on detecting the perspective early in the session, mastering direct communication using metaphor and learning how to kick up your coaching confidence.

Merci Miglino MCC
For the past 20 years Merci Miglino has run a successful coaching practice, conducting training and coaching for numerous organizations including the International Coach Academy, CoachA, Blanchard Coaching, Laser Coaching, Clearing Beliefs, and several Employee Assistance programs.
A Master Certified Coach (MCC) she hosts weekly Mentor Coaching groups and recently launched her ICF Credential Prep Course.
Educated as a teacher and working as a journalist, paralegal, communications director and campaign manager, she worked in the rough and tumble world of the New York State Legislature serving as Director of Communications.
A noted speaker, she has written a book From Doormat to Diva© Taking Center Stage in your life.
Merci serves up a cocktail of humor, insight, education and inspiration for life and business changing impact. She lives in Albany, NY, USA with her husband, who she calls ‘Bub.’
