Role description:
- Primary scope is to lead the conception and delivery of Professional Development opportunities for members.
- Liaising with the Board Director of Coach Development for alignment and synergies at Chapter level.
- Ensure continuity of the Peer-to-Peer Coach Drop-In sessions during the year.
- Support as needed the Member Experience lead for quarterly Member Lounges.
- Share useful resources for learning, development and inclusion in newsletters.
- Lead and support delivery of virtual events providing ICF CCEUs for PD. Either as main host with a guest presenter or as co-host with another team member.
Skills and Strengths:
- Comfortable hosting virtual webinars engaging attendees, ensuring support and updates.
- Quick to establish working relationships with team members and key Chapter stakeholders.
- Learning agility using digital tools e.g. LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, Canva, Zoom, Website etc.
- Detail oriented to ensure quality and consistency in outcomes.
- A flair for creativity and initiative in bringing ideas to life.
Commitment: The role is for 2 years and will require a commitment of around 5-10 hours per month. This includes attending a monthly leadership team meeting of 60 minutes that happens every third Wednesday of the month 5:30 - 6:30 PM AEST.

To be eligible for a Branch position a person must:
- be over 18 years of age;
- be a current financial member of ICF;
- can be based anywhere in Australia or New Zealand (except if specified for certain roles);
- have an ICF credential or be in the credentialling process (with the aim of submitting the requirements within six months)
