The Southern States Branch comprises of 500 odd members from Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania. We are committed to supporting the ICF Global Vision: 'A world where coaching is integral to transforming societies' and Mission: ‘We advance coaching excellence, impact, and value worldwide.’

We do this by providing opportunities for connection, continuing education and engagement and in doing so, we work across the three strategic pillars of the Australasia Charter Chapter of ICF: Member Experience, Coaching Excellence and External Stakeholder Engagement.

The Australasia Charter Chapter of ICF Southern States Branch is led by a Leadership Team of highly committed and passionate volunteer leaders who are well supported by an increasing group of member volunteers contributing to projects or ongoing initiatives. We deliver opportunities for connection, professional development and engagement via hosting a series of events and initiatives throughout the year.

Below are some of our flagship offerings for members:

• Peer Coach Drop-In: These are monthly sessions from February to October that are standalone events you can join for some peer coaching and opportunity to exchange feedback. Each session focuses on one of the ICF Core Competencies.
• Australasia Members Lounge: These are quarterly sessions to welcome our new and existing members, walk through and answer questions about all things ICF. It's a time to build connections and leave with a sense of belonging to this ever growing community.
• Coach Connects: These are local in-person casual catch-ups with fellow ICF community members and friends. There are several in Victoria to choose from based on your convenient location.
• Pro Bono Coaching: Every year, we connect with a not-for-profit organisation  to offer pro bono coaching to their staff via our volunteering credentialled members. This is a great opportunity to give back to the community and spread the impact of coaching for a good cause.

In addition, we have a range of other virtual and in-person events during the year for Professional Development, International Coaching Week and our End of Year celebration in Melbourne and Adelaide.
