Role description: As the Member Experience Portfolio holder, you will play a vital role in supporting both new and established members, ensuring they feel welcomed, connected, and able to make the most of their ICF membership. This role is about creating positive, meaningful experiences and helping shape the membership journey across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania. You will ideally be an ICF credentialled member.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome new members to the Branch and respond to membership enquiries.
• Support established members by creating opportunities to connect, learn, and engage with the ICF community.
• Plan, manage, and deliver selected virtual events (e.g., Peer-to-Peer Coaching, Australasia Member Lounge) in collaboration with the Professional Development Portfolio holder and other leadership team members.
• Host and facilitate virtual sessions, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for participants.
• Bring a creative approach to shaping the member experience while being adaptable and solutions-focused.
• Work effectively as part of the Branch leadership team and build collaborative relationships at both branch and chapter levels, representing ICF Southern States to members.

Commitment: The role is for 2 years and will require a commitment of up to 10 hours per month. This includes attending a monthly leadership team meeting for up to 60-90 minutes that happens every third Thursday of the month 5:30 - 7 PM AEST (day/time to be reviewed for 2026 with the team).

To be eligible for a Branch position a person must:

• be over 18 years of age;
• be a current financial member of ICF;
• have an ICF credential or be in the credentialling process (with the aim of submitting the requirements within six months)
