Role description: As the Member Experience Portfolio holder, you will play a vital role in supporting both new and established members, ensuring they feel welcomed, connected, and able to make the most of their ICF membership. This role is about creating positive, meaningful experiences and helping shape the membership journey across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania. You will ideally be an ICF credentialled member.
Key Responsibilities:
Commitment: The role is for 2 years and will require a commitment of up to 10 hours per month. This includes attending a monthly leadership team meeting for up to 60-90 minutes that happens every third Thursday of the month 5:30 - 7 PM AEST (day/time to be reviewed for 2026 with the team).
