Role description:
- Plan and deliver an annual calendar of in-person events in South Australia (Development, Coach Connects, Coaching Week, EOY dinner etc.)
- Plan, support and deliver virtual events including webinars, panel discussions and other professional development events.
- Publish events online in the ICF website with advance notice for members including all relevant information.
- Ensure communication and engagement with members before, during and post events.
- Gather member feedback on event experience and inputs to shape future events.
- Update Event Budgets for estimated and actual revenue and costs incurred. Seek approvals as required for event expenses as per policy.
- Represent the ICF Southern States branch at local and virtual events as a host, facilitator and member of the Leadership Team.
Skills and Strengths:
- Quick to establish working relationships with team members and key Chapter stakeholders.
- Comfortable using digital tools e.g. LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, Website etc.
- Detail oriented to ensure quality and consistency in outcomes.
- A flair for creativity and initiative in bringing ideas to life.
Commitment: The role is for 2 years and will require a commitment of up to 10 hours per month. This includes attending a monthly leadership team meeting for up to 60-90 minutes that happens every third Thursday of the month 5:30 - 7 PM AEST (day/time to be reviewed for 2026 with the team).

To be eligible for a Branch position a person must:
- be over 18 years of age;
- be a current financial member of ICF;
- have an ICF credential or be in the credentialling process (with the aim of submitting the requirements within six months)
