Position Description/Outline:
Coach Connect is the Chapter wide program, running regular meetups/ networking events for our members and the coaching community. These networking events are free for all to attend and encourage coaches to build connections within the industry. They are usually hosted in local cafes and guests pay for their own food and drink.
The Queensland Coach Connect Lead coordinates the Coach Connect programs across four regions of Queensland, working with local members in Cairns, Townsville, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast/ Tweed as the hosts of these events and assisting with ICF website-based marketing and admin support. Questions raised during the Coach Connect Events are fed back to the Leadership Team for information sharing via the host or coach guest.
As a Brisbane based team member, they Coach Connect Lead is also responsible for planning and delivering the Brisbane Coach Connect program which is currently a casual breakfast meet-up 4-6 times a year.
The Queensland Branch meets for an hour virtually every month. There are two face-to-face events held each year in Brisbane that require a half day of commitment. Additional small projects may also be available if the candidate is interested.
To be eligible for a Branch position a person must:
- be over 18 years of age;
- be a current financial member of ICF;
- have an ICF credential or be in the credentialling process (with the aim of submitting the requirements within six months);
