NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the members of the International Coach Federation Australasia Inc will be held on Friday, 4 September 2026 at 12:00 AEST (Sydney Time).
The meeting will be conducted via Teams Meeting participation.

Nomination Information
The following ICF members have accepted nominations for the position on the Board of Directors for the period of 2026 – 2029.
Online voting is now open and closes on Thursday 3rd September at 12noon AEST.
If you miss the opportunity to vote online, you can attend the AGM to vote.

Votes may be made at the AGM provided you have not previously voted for a nominee online.
Each financial ICF Member residing in Australia and New Zealand is entitled to submit a single vote for each position.
If you are unable to vote online cannot attend the AGM and would like someone else to cast your vote at the AGM, you can appoint a proxy to vote for you. All proxies need to be received at admin@icfaustralasia.com no later than Thursday 3rd September 2026, 12.00pm AEST (Sydney time). Proxy form is available here.
