Thriving as a Coach in a Digital World using Technology

Virtual PD Events

The coaching world is having to respond to new technologies. It has not been truly disrupted yet, with coaching approaches still looking much the same as they did 20 years ago. But we are at a tipping point. Technology providers are innovating, early adopter coaches are experimenting, clients’ expectations are changing, and we are faced with choices to make and ethical dilemmas to weigh up.

Event Information

As professional coaches, we must learn about technology in order to maintain rapport with our clients, keep up as demands shift into new arenas, and know when to say “no” on behalf of our clients and the profession as a whole – and how.

In this highly interactive and practical webinar, we will learn:

  • What makes technology attractive and how it works behind its glossy veneer
  • Which technologies are most likely to disrupt coaching, including cutting edge artificial intelligence and communications technology, and what we should do as a result
  • How to enhance our own coaching practice through developing a toolkit of technology that will benefit our clients
