The session is a Team coaching Q&A with IECL Team coaching expert Jane Porter, MCC on the practice and theory of team coaching, followed by a short practical team coaching experience.
Team Coaching is one of the fastest growing disciplines in the coaching profession and is becoming increasingly important in organisations, including private corporations, government agencies and non-profits.
It empowers teams to work toward continued high performance and ongoing development, requiring innovation, flexibility, adaptability and goal alignment – all traits that coaching helps support.
The session will provide a space for practical and theoretical learning led by Jane’s facilitation of IECL’s team coaching training, and her real world experience working with global teams.
