Our fourth and final PCC/MCC Forum for 2021.
An opportunity for more experienced credentialed coaches to reflect on their practice, share ethical and business challenges, and gain new perspectives and professional support in a safe, confidential environment.
Facilitated on a rotational basis, this quarter’s session is led by Robyn Freshwater PCC and Zsofia Juhasz PCC.

Robyn Freshwater PCC
Robyn specialises in executive and professional development coaching, workshop facilitation, leadership and organisational development, employee engagement and culture change.
Her ten years of professional coaching experience in the private, not for profit and public sectors in Australia and the United Kingdom, has ranged from individual coaching of senior leaders and managers, through to performance coaching of leadership and project teams.
Robyn is widely recognised for her ability to facilitate change and deliver practical results through the development of highly effective relationships with people and teams. She has extensive experience in leading the implementation of major organization change. Robyn has the ability to engage with people at all levels to build capability and ownership which enables sustainable change.
Robyn has worked in senior management roles in the Australian and Queensland Public Service has established new programs, services and contracts on behalf of the Commonwealth and Queensland State Government. She has worked extensively across Australia in urban, regional, rural and remote communities.
Robyn’s extensive experience in the strategic leadership of multi-disciplinary professional teams brings a real world perspective and credibility to her work.
Zsofia Juhasz PCC
Zsofia has been coaching since 2004 and works with global organizations and coaches leaders at all levels. She is also a registered mentor coach and coaching supervisor. Zsofia and her family moved to Brisbane from Hungary in mid-2012. Prior to coaching Zsofia was working in HR leadership roles at AstraZeneca and Walt Disney and most recently was the President of the ICF Australasia Queensland Branch.
Apart from her local volunteering Zsofia currently serves on the ICF Professional Coaches organization’s global nominating committee. As a child and young adult Zsofia lived in Africa, UK and US.
