Event Information

ICF Australasia NSW Chapter are thrilled to invite you to attend the July event in our 2024 Coaches Circle Series. This month, we’re exploring Establishing and Maintaining Agreements – the most overlooked, underrated and underutilised Core Competency.

Setting yourself and your client up to form a successful partnership to do meaningful work that produces significant sustainable outcomes for your client needs a solid foundation….and it is the coaches role to do that with care and rigour.
Through her work as a Coach Educator, Mentor and Supervisor, Sue sees the common themes filtering into her work with coaches and this has highlighted how often Coaches get stuck, lost and challenged by not paying enough attention to Establishing Agreements with their clients.

There is also the very important part of this competency of also maintaining those agreements.
Sue will share her insights and experience along with a few case studies to support group reflection and discussion.
