Presenters

Padraig O'Sullivan
Padraig O’Sullivan (known to everyone as Pod) has been coaching in the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Europe for twenty years. He has been labeled “one of Asia’s top leadership experts” and is author of the award-winning series of International books “Foreigner In Charge: Success strategies for expat leaders”.
Typical leadership advisory work includes supporting new CEO level leaders transition fast and effectively, assist national level leadership teams move from performing to high performance and beyond, consult with regional leadership teams who are navigating unprecedented complexity in their organisations and to orchestrate cultural change programs.
Pod has been published in a range of academic journals and featured as a ‘resident expert’ on FOXTEL and Qantas airlines in-flight radio. He is an Honorary Fellow at Sydney Business School and lectured on Innovation and High Performing Teams in the Masters of Business Coaching program.
Pod also has his own podcast (yes- pardon the pun!) called The Leadership Diet, which was ranked in the top 65 podcasts in Australia in 2020.
