Meet the panellists
Sue Ellson
Sue Ellson is an Independent LinkedIn Specialist, author, educator, practitioner and consultant. She is also a gigster, a person who uses technology to attract aligned gigs and former banker. Sue provides teaching, training, speaking and consulting services to individuals, small, medium and large businesses, corporates, schools, universities, associations and government in Australia and overseas.
She is the author of five non-fiction books on the topics of LinkedIn, Careers, Business, Hyper Local Marketing and Gigsters and her next two books will be poetry books. Since completing her university studies, she has been attending up to four events every week to keep herself up to date. Sue is also the Founder of Newcomers Network. After hours, Sue enjoys catching up with family and friends, walking and dancing.
Mel Micah
Mel Micah. Over the past 2 decades Mel has been working with some of the largest and most trusted Australian brands, helping to build their leadership pipelines from the bottom up. With a wealth of experience in steering teams towards excellence, Mel brings her infectious passion for leadership into her sessions, helping to inspire that same enthusiasm into all who she works with.
As a facilitator and coach Mel has had the privilege of guiding hundreds of leaders through their professional journeys. Collaborating closely with each individual to identify their career path and plan the development to get them there with confidence and purpose. Mel has grown her business through LinkedIn where she regularly posts about programs and initiatives she is running as well as sharing insights and her perspective with her growing network.
Tee-Jay Ramnarain-Little
Tee-Jay Ramnarain-Little prides herself on being a ‘lifelong learner’; that’s demonstrated by the breadth of her career experience. She is the Lead Talent Promoter & Connector across Australia, NZ & APAC for the LHH Team. She loves helping people develop Careers that they love by reminding them how amazing they are! She’s an LHH Win4Youth Well-being Ambassador, which entailed becoming a Triathlete in 2022 & Mentor in 2023.
She believes wholeheartedly in the integrity of ‘walking the talk’, so when it comes to LinkedIn, she’s doing all the things she is suggesting today & more. She also says that she recommends LinkedIn because there is literally nothing else like it for business professionals – if there were anything better, she’d willingly recommend that.

Tim Roberts-Ferguson – Principal Triadic Solutions – brings almost three decades of experience as a capability leader delivering leadership, sales and business transformation initiatives across a range of complex and competitive industries and business sizes.

We understand things change and there are times when plans made don’t work out. If you need to cancel your ticket there will be a $30 administration fee charged. You are welcome to transfer or sell your ticket at no charge.
Please advise the event co-ordinator if you are no longer able to attend, wish to request a refund, have transferred or sold your ticket.
