Masterclass - How to Build a Corporate Coaching Offer that Sells

Want to work with more corporate or organisational clients?

In this Masterclass, Ellie will share what differentiates an offer that you sell to corporate clients and what the standard inclusions in a corporate coaching programme are.

She will also show you exactly what documentation you will need in place to present your services in a highly professional and credible way and how to navigate the client/coachee dynamic during a sales engagement.

Note: This is 1 of 2 Masterclasses by Ellie Scarf for ICF in 2025. When you register for either event, you’ll receive a $20 discount code that you can use for the second event (making it FREE for ICF members!).

Event Information

While your coaching skills are largely context agnostic, selling coaching services is definitely not. Selling your coaching services into a corporate environment requires knowledge of supplier engagement processes, best practice in coaching programme inclusions, and a sophisticated understanding of the nuances of the client-coachee dynamic.

In this Masterclass you will learn:

  • How to navigate the coachee/client dynamic, particularly during the sales process.
  • What to include in your offer.
  • What to include in a professionally presented proposal document.
  • What other documentation you need.

If you are interested in coaching in an organisational context, this Masterclass is jam packed with information and practical guidance on best practice.
