You are invited to the Annual ICF ACT Members’ Forum. This event brings members and non-members together to connect and learn. We discuss and share thoughts, experiences and ideas, for the purpose of strengthening the practice of coaching.
It is also an opportunity for our President, Liz Tilly to provide a summary of the year’s activities, successes and development in the ICF, and to discuss plans for the future.

Caron is a thought leader in the science of adult development, learning, thinking and optimising human potential. Her related Doctorate research is focused on how senior post-conventional leaders in a command and control environment navigate complexity and change.
Leaders today face unprecedented complexity, increasingly rapid change and uncertainty. The old ways of leadership development equip leaders for the old paradigm of business. Leaders today are hitting a mental and emotional glass ceiling.
Studies show that leaders who undergo significant vertical learning (shifting their action logic level) are far more likely and able to facilitate organisational transformation for high-impact results.
With an understanding of the psychology of adult constructive development and the theory of vertical learning we can accelerate development of mental, emotional and relational capabilities up to five times faster than normal stage development, unleashing the latent capacities of the mind to achieve measurable results.
Caron will outline vertical stage development and how coaches can utilise this framework to assist their own and their clients in their vertical development.
