Tracy Tresidder

Tracy Tresidder, MCC

Tracy is a coach, author, lecturer, speaker, mentor and the International Coaching Federation Australasia (ICFA) 2009 Coach of the Year (NSW). She has a Masters degree in Education, is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), Past President of the ICF Australasia, an accredited ICF Assessor, a member of the ICF Australasia Coaching Excellence Committee, an ICF registered Mentor Coach and a member of the University of Sydney’s Coaching and Mentoring Association. Her contributions to the coaching industry have been impressive.  She has brought a wealth of knowledge, creativity, compassion, exacting standards of quality, passion, fun and a drive to excel.  She sets a high standard to which others aspire.  Tracy provides leadership to the coaching community through her contribution to the International Coach Federation Australasia (ICFA) and ICF Global Communities. She has been a coach for 18 years, with over 6000 logged coaching hours and over 1000 mentoring hours.

Tracy’s expertise is a combination of many years of practice and specific study across several disciplines enabling her to devise tailored coaching and mentoring engagements. She brings an ‘eclectic mix’ of coaching theories & methodologies to her coaching that allows her to adapt and flex with her client’s needs. Tracy is passionate about assisting people to lead conscious and purposeful lives through deeper understanding of their strengths, values and core beliefs enabling them to realise their professional and personal purpose and to achieve their goals.
