Foundation (competencies 1 & 2)

Core Competencies Coaching Circles is a series of five sessions. Each session/ circle will address one of the five ICF core competencies and led by an experienced Mentor Coach. The five sessions are designed for coaches seeking mentor coaching hours for the ICF credentialing for first time or credentialing renewals. Full participation in the session is a must for a coach to be able to claim two hours of Group Mentor Coaching.


Event Information

Mentor Coaching for an ICF Credential consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative and dialogued process based on an observed or recorded coaching session to increase the coach’s capability in coaching, in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies.

Mentoring provides professional assistance in achieving and demonstrating the levels of coaching competency and capability demanded by the desired credential level.

Further Circles will explore:
Session 3   13th September 10am – 12noon (AEST Brisbane time)  Co-creating the Relationship – Competencies 3, 4 and 5
Session 4   11th October 10am-12pm (AEST Brisbane time)  Communicating Effectively Competencies 6 and 7
Session 5   1st November 10am-12pm (AEST Brisbane time) Cultivating Learning and Growth – Competency 8

Mentor Coach

Zsofia Juhasz MCC

Zsofia  Juhasz has been coaching since 2004 and works with global organizations coaching leaders at all levels. Also, a registered mentor coach and coaching supervisor. 

Prior to coaching, Zsofia worked in HR leadership roles in pharma and entertainment industries. And a volunteer leader for ICF Australasia and previously for the Global Selection committee. 

Mark Setch, MCC

Mark Setch MCC is a Leadership and Personal Development Coach, Coach Educator, ICF Registered Mentor Coach, and Coach Supervisor.

Mark’s clients include small business owners, leaders in business, government, and not-for-profit organizations, community care coordinators and case workers, pastors and defence force chaplains.

As Lecturer/Coordinator of Undergraduate Coaching at the Australian College of Applied Professions (ACAP), and Mentor Coach for all three credential levels, Mark brings a wealth of experience in the application of the ICF Core Competencies within coaching conversations.

We understand things change and there are times when plans made don’t work out.  If you need to cancel your ticket there will be a $30 administration fee charged. You are welcome to transfer or sell your ticket at no charge.
