Event Information
MORNING WORKSHOP – THE ACT MATRIX
ACT is an evidence-based approach to building psychological flexibility, skills needed to live, love and work courageously. ACT informed coaches help their coachees to do more of what is personally meaningful and challenging. The ACT Matrix is a simple mindfulness-light model to do just that.
This model has been used to boost performance & wellbeing in work settings, elite sports, the health and education sectors to name a few.
AFTERNOON WORKSHOP – IMMUNITY TO CHANGE
At times, all of us hold ourselves back. We may try hard but making enduring changes in our behaviour at work or at home can be really difficult, even when our careers, health or relationships are at stake. Why is making change that lasts so hard? Harvard University Professor Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey believe they have an answer. Their Immunity to Change (ITC) model has two parts;
- A simple but powerful five step strategy to rapidly uncover the real root causes that drive self-defeating behaviours.
- A structured progressive approach to targeting the obstacles to make real progress on life’s most important goals.
The ITC is an internationally acclaimed methodology to helping leaders and teams realise more of their professional and personal potential. It’s been successfully used in a range of diverse organisations such as financial, government, and the tech sector.
