Lisa Barker, ACC
Lisa Barker, ACC, is a highly experienced wellbeing educator and positive psychology practitioner with a passion for systems inspired wellbeing. She studied a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Melbourne and prior to running her own practice, Lisa had an extensive career within the education sector.
Lisa founded Heliotropia in 2018 with a purpose is to assist individuals and groups to explore and build emotional and psychological wellbeing through a range of evidence informed, custom designed practices. All of Lisa’s work is informed by the science of wellbeing, systems thinking and nature connection.
Heliotropia offers custom designed coaching, workshops and presentations for communities, organisations, schools and individuals. Heliotropia’s work is further inspired by biophilia: our evolutionary need to live in right relationship with the natural world.
