Mel Leow, MCC
With almost three decades of experience in coaching, consulting, marketing and leadership throughout the Asia Pacific region, Mel’s key driver is to empower catalysts and leaders to LIVE. BE. BRAVE.
Mel, a Master Certified Coach (MCC), a Stakeholder Centred Coach, and a Master NLP Practitioner, is described as a thoughtful listener, professional, calm, genuine, intellectually stimulating, and emotionally compassionate. He serves C-Suite Executives from global MNCs through to regional and local organisations to lead and thrive at their very best in a fast-paced, ever-evolving and highly competitive environment.
He has worked collaboratively with hundreds of leaders and teams across industries including finance, technology, retail, manufacturing, energy, aviation, education, health and not-for-profit.
One of Mel’s passions is to develop Future Coaches globally through his ICF-Accredited Coaching school 𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗔𝗟𝗬𝗦𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗔𝗖𝗛 whose Mission is “To Equip 10,000 Coaches who will in turn impact 10 Million people over the next 20 years.”
In August 2020 (during the Pandemic), the #100MasterCoaches show was born, featuring the personal journeys of Master Certified Coaches from around the world.
Mel is also a co-author of three books “𝘉𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘖𝘶𝘵 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘉𝘦𝘴𝘵”, “𝘊𝘰𝘢𝘤𝘩 𝘞𝘪𝘴𝘥𝘰𝘮” (𝘝𝘰𝘭𝘶𝘮𝘦 𝘐𝘐), “𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨” and the author of his first solo book “𝘌𝘕𝘎𝘈𝘎𝘌 – 𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘰 𝘚𝘵𝘰𝘱 𝘓𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 𝘋𝘦𝘧𝘢𝘶𝘭𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘓𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘓𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘋𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘳𝘦”.
