Event Information

We are living in a highly technological era. Technology and AI are already changing the modern-day workplace. What will the workforce look like in the future? And what role can you play?

You now have a chance to hear from an expert and thought leader on the Future of Work, Melissa Crawford. Melissa is the General Manager Future Work for Vector. She has a diverse and intensive background in the people and culture space in high profile organisations, including Air New Zealand, BNZ,  Fonterra, The Warehouse Group, Countdown, AUT, ASB and Vector. She is particularly interested in Future technology and its impact on the future of work.

In this session, Melissa will focus on the intersection of emerging technology and people and organisational psychology in the future of work. We will look at what skillsets the future workforce will need to develop and how coaching could help and support this journey. We will explore how to navigate the human element of the business through digital transformation with a coaching lens.

Key takeaways from the session will be a better understanding of future tech impacts and some future-fit questions to explore with your coaching clients.
