Mentor Coach

Josie Thomson MCC

Josie Thomson is the CEO of Josie Thomson Enterprises and Wise Advocate Enterprises. She is a multi-award winning executive coach, acclaimed speaker, author and two time cancer survivor. Josie has completed studies at QUT in business, and also executive masters studies in the Neuroscience of Leadership.

Josie attained her MCC accreditation in 2005 and has sustained a full coaching practice since 2001. She was awarded International Gold Stevie Award for Maverick of the Year (Difference Maker) for 2014 and 2015, The Women In Business Coach/Mentor of the Year 2014 Silver Award in New York City, and is a former Telstra Business Woman of the Year Finalist. Josie was coach to the late Sir John Whitmore for over a decade, and shared the stage with the likes of Brene Brown, Wayne Dyer, and the Dalai Lama.

Josie has just co-authored a leadership book: The Wise Advocate – The Inner Voice of Strategic Leadership which has been nominated for many leadership books awards.

Mentor Host

Zsofia Juhasz PCC

Zsofia has been coaching since 2004 and works with global organisations and coaches leaders at all levels. She is also a registered mentor coach and coaching supervisor. 

Prior to coaching, Zsofia was working in HR leadership roles at AstraZeneca and The Walt Disney  Company. Most recently she was President of the ICF Australasia Queensland Branch. Apart from her local volunteering, Zsofia currently serves on the ICF Professional Coaches organisation’s global nominating committee.
