In this workshop, you will have an opportunity to go to the unexplored edge of your thinking and practice an exquisite quality of attention to ignite the thinking of others.
This workshop is an opportunity for participants to co-create and experience a Thinking Environment®. The Thinking Environment is a discovery by Nancy Kline into the conditions that help us think for ourselves.
“We can think for ourselves only if we can think as ourselves.” – Nancy Kline, Founder of Time To Think Ltd
In the time committed to someone’s independent thinking, a Thinking Partner is the dependable embodiment of the Ten Components of the Thinking Environment. The Ten Components are behavioural in nature and include: Attention, Appreciation, Equality, Ease, Feelings, Information, Difference, Encouragement, Place, and Incisive Questions. A Thinking Partner offers a quality of attention that is generative in nature to help catalyse another’s thinking. This encourages the Thinker to go further and even further in their thinking on topics of their choice.
“If you knew you can think with rigour, courage, imagination, and grace, what would change for you?”
