This event will provide a deep dive into the dynamic interplay between artificial intelligence and the coaching industry. We’ll explore a SWOT analysis of coaching in the age of AI to uncover potential risks and unearth innovative ways in which AI can serve as a powerful enabler for coaching practices.

Presenter

Dr Scott Bolland

Dr. Scott Bolland is an executive coach, international keynote speaker, and an AI and EdTech entrepreneur with a PhD and a 25-year background in Cognitive Science – the scientific study of how the mind works, spanning such fields as psychology, neuroscience, AI, and philosophy.

His TEDx talk “Neuroscience, AI, and the Future of Education” has attracted over 170,000 views and led to consulting opportunities worldwide with groups like the European Commission, various Ministries for Education, the UAE government, and Singularity University in Silicon Valley. He is currently working with Cavendish University in Africa, using AI to help enhance education for some of the world’s most underprivileged communities.

In addition to his contributions in AI and education, Scott is respected for his work in coaching and corporate education. With a focus on positive psychology, neuroscience and leadership development, he has worked with organisations including the QUT Graduate School of Business, Marcus Evans, and the Leadership Circle. He leads his own coaching practice, “Succeeding Scientifically,” where he applies evidence-based principles to help leaders flourish both personally and professionally.

At the intersection of technology and human development, Scott is committed to investigating how AI can be used as a tool to enhance human capabilities and broaden our impact. His efforts represent a blend of technological advancement and human values, striving to improve the lives of individuals and communities worldwide.
