Presenter

Roger DeWitt, PCC

Roger DeWitt, MCAC, PCC, MAPP, is a seasoned and certified ADHD coach with over 22 years of success in the field. As a Master Certified ADHD Coach and Professional Certified Coach, he has educated, guided, and mentored thousands of Life and ADHD coaches across the globe. Serving as a senior trainer at the ADD Coach Academy, he plays a crucial role in the largest and most comprehensive ADHD coach training program in the world, accredited by the ICF and PAAC – the credentialing authorities in Life Coaching and ADHD Coaching Professions.

DeWitt’s background is deeply rooted in the performing arts, with a family history that includes a symphonic musician father active during the big band era and a versatile actress mother known for her iconic voice work in cartoons. One of his brothers is an Oscar-nominated, Emmy award-winning film editor. With such a heritage, DeWitt was almost predestined for a life in the arts. Embracing his passion, he moved to New York in 1991 and enjoyed a rich career that spanned national tours, Broadway, TV, film, cartoons, and regional theatre. Even now, he occasionally returns to the stage while managing a thriving full-time coaching practice.

A true believer in lifelong learning, DeWitt earned his Master of Applied Positive Psychology degree from the University of Pennsylvania at the age of 57, a decision he regards as the second-best of his life, surpassed only by his marriage to his amazing and handsome husband. Following his graduation, he was invited to become an Assistant Instructor for the same program, working alongside the renowned founder of positive psychology, Martin Seligman. It was through his work at Penn that he became passionate about the potential of AI to transform the way therapy and coaching is delivered.
