Annual Report Now Available
The ICF 2016 Annual Report is now available. Titled “We Are ICF,”
the report illustrates how ICF and its Members led the coaching profession in 2016.
A few of ICF’s notable accomplishments in 2016 include:
- Continued global growth—ICF ended 2016 with 29,139 Members and 21,590 ICF Credential-holders worldwide.
- The release of the 2016 ICF Global Coaching Study—Based on a 2015 survey commissioned by ICF and conducted by PricewaterhouseCoopers
LLP, the study includes information and insights from more than 15,000 professional coach practitioners and, for the first time, managers/leaders
using coaching skills.
- The launch of the Credentialed Coach Finder (CCF)—CCF represents a significant upgrade to ICF’s Coach Referral Service,
and is designed to connect consumers with ICF Member coaches who hold current ICF Credentials.
- Delivering world-class education—During the first quarter of 2016, the ICF Business Development Series (BDS) provided virtual
education on building, sustaining and expanding your coaching business to 385 live participants and 27 OnDemand participants from 44 countries.
In September, 265 attendees gathered in Phoenix, Arizona, USA, for a sold-out ICF Advance: Science of Coaching event.
