Social Event: From Grit to Growth – Strengthening Coaches’ Resilience to Prevent Burnout
Join us for an uplifting and transformative evening designed for leaders and coaches who are committed to strengthen their resilience and connect with real purpose.
Moving from Coping to Flow
In our world which is moving at breakneck speed and with constant change, leaders are navigating relentless waves of disruption. As leaders and coaches, our ability to hold space for people depends on how well we can sustain our own equilibrium — not just coping, but thriving in adversity.
Join us for an immersive workshop exploring the shift from survival mode to flow, grounded in the Resilience Adaptive Growth™ Model — an evidence-based framework that illuminates how growth emerges through challenge.
Through reflective dialogue, practical tools, and a personalised resilience assessment, you’ll uncover your unique resilience gaps and design a bespoke plan to strengthen your adaptive capacity — enabling you to show up grounded, present, and resourceful for those you lead and coach.
After the presentation, you’re welcome to stay and enjoy an end of year drink and nibbles to celebrate the year coming to an end.
