The ICF has recently announced changes to its training requirements and certifications for Mentor Coaches and Supervisors. It will be introducing a Mentor Coach qualification (MCQ) and a Coaching Supervision Qualification (CSQ)

These changes build on the introduction of its Supervision and Mentor Coaching Competency frameworks last year, and ICF's continued focus and emphasis on ensuring coaches can rely on the quality and standard of support they receive, in each of these areas, when investing their hard earned money towards credentialing and development.

It also supports the increasing demand for individual and group coach Supervision.

Jacqui Ferris, MCC & ACTC

Jacqui Ferris is an Executive and Team Coach who holds the Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) with the International Coaching Federation. She is also a qualified Coach Supervisor and Mentor Coach.

Jacqui serves on the Board of the Australasian Charter Chapter of the ICF as Director of Coach Development and leads her own practice, PerformanceHQ, specialising in executive and team alignment and group process.

A graduate of the Masters of Coaching Psychology at the University of Sydney, Jacqui brings over 15 years and 5,000+ hours of coaching experience. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, adult development, and psychodynamic principles.

Working closely with corporate clients, she offers coaches and leaders practical insight into contemporary systemic challenges, ethical dilemmas, and the realities of leading and coaching in complex organisational environments.

Kerryn Griffiths, PhD & PCC

Kerryn is the Founder and Global Coordinator of ReciproCoach. She holds a PhD in education and is a professional coach and educator, specialising in the process of learning in coaching. This is what underpins ReciproCoach’s Mentor Coach Training.

Kerryn began training mentors in both individual and group mentoring in 2014. This work has now been evolving for more than a decade, with more than 350 coaches completing ReciproCoach mentor coach training since 2016.

Her work has long aligned with what is now being formalised through the ICF Mentor Coach Specialisation, or MCS.

Bismillah Pervez, MCC

Bismillah Pervez is an Executive Coach and Transformational Trainer who holds the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential with the International Coaching Federation. She is also an Internationally Certified NLP & Hypnosis Master Trainer, Hypnotherapist, and Mindset Mastery Strategist.

Bismillah serves as a Special Project Volunteer with ICF Australasia and leads her own practice at AL&CO, specializing in mindset mastery, behavioral transformation, and organizational performance.

With over a decade and 1,500+ individuals empowered across 40+ organizations, Bismillah brings deep expertise in leadership development, communication excellence, emotional intelligence, and sales mastery. Her approach blends neuroscience and evidence-based coaching to create lasting, measurable change.
