Does AI mean the end of coaching as we know it?
How do we transform our practice and leadership to stay relevant and valuable in a world that’s rapidly changing?
If we’re not talking about fuel prices, we’re talking about AI. Every conversation seems to drift back to it. And depending on who you’re talking to, it’s either incredible, terrifying, or already taking over.
You might be thinking, hearing, or feeling things like:
“Am I even using AI properly? I feel like I should be doing more with it. I just don’t know where to start.”
“I’ve tried it and I’m not a fan. The ethics feel a bit murky, and I’m not sure how it might affect trust with clients.”
“Everyone’s saying something different. I can’t tell what’s real anymore, and I feel like I’m falling behind.”
“Is AI going to change coaching completely? Do I need to adapt, or can I work the same way and still keep up?”
“My clients are asking about this too. How do I support them without projecting my own views?”
If any of that feels familiar, you’re not the only one.
This workshop is a space to slow this down and look at it properly, with other coaches and leaders who are thinking about it just as deeply.
Together, we’ll explore:
By the end, you’ll feel back on the front foot.
You’ll have a clearer sense of where you stand, what’s worth paying attention to, and how to respond to what’s happening, rather than just reacting to it. And you’ll feel more connected to others working through the same questions.
