This is not a traditional “sit-and-listen” session.
This is an immersive, experiential coaching lab designed to strengthen your ability to navigate uncomfortable conversations with clarity, accountability, and presence. Skills which are deeply aligned with the ICF Core Competencies including Presence, Trust & Safety, Listening, Evoking Awareness, Facilitates Client Growth.

- Why conversations go into survival mode and the cost (burnout, drift, trust erosion, performance dips)
- How to raise the real issue without escalation (facts vs story; values; clean stakes)
- How to take responsibility for your emotional wake (presence as a leadership intervention)
- How to make clean requests and agreements that create movement (not resentment)
- How to build repairable trust using fast-repair protocols
- How to install micro-habits that sustain capacity for courageous dialogue
Whether you’re navigating performance feedback, boundaries, misalignment, or stakeholder tension, how you enter the conversation determines the outcome.
You’ll leave with a structured conversation pathway + capacity practices that improve both relational quality and execution.

We understand things change and there are times when plans made don’t work out. If you need to cancel your ticket there will be a $30 administration fee charged. You are welcome to transfer or sell your ticket at no charge.
Please advise the event co-ordinator if you are no longer able to attend, wish to request a refund, have transferred or sold your ticket.
