
Earn your first 100 coaching hours — one step at a time. Just 2 hours of coaching per week can get you to the 100 hours needed to apply for your ACC. The First 100 Hours Special Interest Group (SIG) is a virtual learning community for ICF Australia Charter Chapter members who have completed Level 1 training (or equivalent) and want practical ways to build hours and navigate the ACC pathway. Across seven sessions during the year, you’ll connect with like-minded coaches, share strategies, and learn from peers who have successfully walked the journey before you — all in a supportive, collaborative space.
Topics will vary depending on who is speaking presenting. There will be breakouts and ideas sharing but it non sales orientated. I.5 CCEUs are allocated to those who attend the whole session - full participation is expected, with engagement in breakouts.

Bismillah serves as a Special Project Volunteer with ICF Australasia and leads her own practice at AL&CO, specializing in mindset mastery, behavioural transformation, and organizational performance.
With over a decade and 1,500+ individuals empowered across 40+ organizations, Bismillah brings deep expertise in leadership development, communication excellence, emotional intelligence, and sales mastery. Her approach blends neuroscience and evidence-based coaching to create lasting, measurable change.
Working closely with individuals and corporate clients, she offers coaches and leaders practical insight into unlocking human potential and achieving excellence in complex, real-world environments.
Roshni Sharma is a leadership and career coach, project manager, strategist and long-time contributor to the coaching profession through the Australasia Charter Chapter of ICF. Her coaching journey has grown alongside her work in leadership, systems change, STEM and governance, with a particular interest in helping people navigate complexity, confidence and identity at work. Roshni brings a practical, reflective perspective to building early coaching hours with purpose, courage and connection.
