As Managing Director and Senior Partner at OSC Leadership Development, she spearheads impactful initiatives for major global organisations across various industries. Originally from Canada, Saba has spent the past 15 years in Singapore, where she continues to shape the coaching landscape. She is known for her ability to inspire, challenge, and empower leaders, encouraging transformation and the exploration of new frontiers in leadership and psychology.
A true master of her craft, Saba holds Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation with ICF, a doctorate in coaching psychology, and over 25 certifications in coaching and psychology.
