You trained to be a coach. Nobody quite trained you for the rest of it: finding the right clients, deciding what to charge, explaining what you do without sounding like a brochure, or figuring out whether you even have a niche yet.
This month's Virtual Coach Connect is not a webinar, and there is no expert at the front of the room. It's a conversation among peers — coaches across Aotearoa New Zealand and Australia, at different stages of their practice, being honest with each other about what's actually going on.
We'll loosely explore three threads, and you're welcome to follow whichever is most alive for you right now:
Clients: finding them, attracting them, keeping them
Money: what to charge, how to talk about it, and the inner game around pricing
Identity: your niche, how you describe what you do, and standing out in a crowded market
Come as you are. Bring what's real. Leave with the reassurance that you're not the only one figuring this out, and maybe a few ideas you hadn't considered.
Open to all ICF-credentialed coaches. No preparation needed
This will be an interactive session so come prepared to be engaged.
About Virtual Coach Connect:
We know New Zealand has a special topography, and as many spaces as we have coaches serving in different areas. Because of this logistical intricacy our number one priority is to connect the ICF coaching community across Aotearoa.
Each month there will be different subjects shared related to the business and art of coaching with an opportunity to discuss those subjects with people passionate about coaching.
Come along, as this is a chance to meet and connect, and create a coach community you want to be part of.
Please note, these events are not recorded and therefore no replays are available.
