Core Competencies Mentoring Program - Session 2 - Foundation - ICF core competencies 1 and 2

Core Competency Mentoring Program is a series of five sessions. Each session will address one of the main five ICF core competencies and led by an experienced Mentor Coach

This session is designed for coaches seeking group mentor coaching hours for the ICF credentialing for first time or credentialing renewals. Full participation in the session is a must for a coach to be able to claim two hours of Group Mentor Coaching.

Mentor Coaching for an ICF Credential consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative and dialogued process based on an observed or recorded coaching session to increase the coach’s capability in coaching, in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies.

Mentoring provides professional assistance in achieving and demonstrating the levels of coaching competency and capability demanded by the desired credential level.
