Andrew is a qualified social worker, clinical mental health practitioner, and experienced consultant who supports individuals, teams, and organisations to navigate change with clarity and purpose. With over 20 years’ experience across mental health, education, community services, and leadership, he brings a grounded, trauma-informed approach that integrates clinical insight with practical, outcome-focused strategies. His work is collaborative, evidence-based, and focused on building resilience and sustainable progress through complexity and transition.
Kirby is a senior accredited mental health social worker and neurodiversity specialist with over 15 years of professional practice. As founder of The NeuroThrive Institute, she works as a clinician, coach and educator, supporting parents of neurodivergent children and the wider AuDHD community. Grounded in evidence and enriched by her lived experience as an AuDHD parent, Kirby integrates innovation and human growth principles to help others optimise their well‑being, performance and life.
Sam is the Chief Health Officer and Co-Founder of Humn, a psychosocial safety consultancy and technology platform focused on helping workplaces create safe, healthy and high-performing cultures. She was formerly founder and CEO of Human Psychology which she sold to APM Group in 2023. With more than 25 years’ experience across clinical psychology, executive coaching, training and leadership development, she advises boards, executives, and HR leaders on managing psychosocial risk and building sustainable cultures of trust and accountability. She is also a sought after keynote speaker and thought-leader on the future of leadership, workplace wellbeing and psychosocial safety.
Annie is a Certified Executive Coach (ACC, ICF) and founder of Mind Architect, based in Adelaide. She spent over 30 years in healthcare beginning as a therapy radiographer before moving into senior medical device sales leadership across six continents, working with multinationals, start-ups, and her own distribution company. She holds a Certificate IV in Personal and Business coaching, a Diploma of Leadership Coaching and Mentoring, and is a certified RocheMartin Emotional Intelligence practitioner. She coaches and mentors MedTech sales teams in resilience, conflict management, performance under pressure, and sustaining wellbeing through the relentless demands of a commercial healthcare environment. Her broader interest is in what happens when high performance and psychological wellbeing fall out of step — and what it takes to bring them back into alignment.
