Jade is a coach and counsellor with experience in facilitation, training and designing tailored programs that deliver meaningful impact. She has led change, career transition and talent development initiatives across industries including IT, financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, FMCG and retail. Known for her authentic style, Jade builds strong relationships at all levels and creates safe, engaging spaces for growth. She is passionate about mental health and wellbeing, supporting people to play to their strengths and take small, practical steps toward positive change.
Natalie is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), author, researcher and keynote speaker specialising in coaching-enabled leadership and organisational culture. With more than 20 years’ experience, she has worked with senior leaders across government, defence and the private sector in Australia and internationally to embed Manager-as-Coach capability as a sustainable leadership practice. Natalie is the founder and former CEO of Open Door Coaching Group and author of Bring Out Their Best – Inspiring a Coaching Culture in Your Workplace and What Makes a Great Coach?, combining research and practice to help organisations build leadership capability and coaching cultures at scale.
Sonia is the Founder & CEO of Tala Thrive, a global mental health platform focused on culturally competent care from therapists and coaches who understand your culture, language and/or religion through video calls and self-guided programs. She holds a degree in Psychology from Monash University, has worked in Venture Capital and startup mentoring in the Nordics and, lectured in Entrepreneurship in Oxford. She launched Tala Thrive in 2025 to make therapy and coaching inclusive for diverse communities worldwide. She’s lived in 7 countries and just moved back to Melbourne, Australia.
Chokmun brands himself as the Re-Mind Coach and is a highly regarded executive coach and facilitator with over 30 years of international experience across banking, finance, technology, education and professional services. He is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), as well as a certified NLP practitioner and Clinical Hypnotherapist. Having coached leaders across Southeast Asia, the UK and Australia, Chokmun brings a strong multicultural lens to his work and is driven by a personal goal to coach across 50 different nationalities.
