Special Interest Group Series – Getting your first 100 Hours - Session 1

JOIN WAITLIST TO RECEIVE RECORDING OF EVENT - A complimentary 7-part virtual professional development series for coaches acquiring their FIRST 100 HOURS and offering 1.5 CCEUs per session for ICF members..

Earn your first 100 coaching hours — one step at a time. Just 2 hours of coaching per week can get you to the 100 hours needed to apply for your ACC. The First 100 Hours Special Interest Group (SIG) is a virtual learning community for ICF Australia Charter Chapter members who have completed Level 1 training (or equivalent) and want practical ways to build hours and navigate the ACC pathway. Across seven sessions during the year, you’ll connect with like-minded coaches, share strategies, and learn from peers who have successfully walked the journey before you — all in a supportive, collaborative space.

Topics will vary depending on who is speaking presenting. There will be breakouts and ideas sharing but it non sales orientated.

Join as many or as few meetings as you like.

Our Hosts

Jacqui Ferris, MCC & ACTC

Jacqui Ferris is an Executive and Team Coach who holds the Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) with the International Coaching Federation. She is also a qualified Coach Supervisor and Mentor Coach.

Jacqui serves on the Board of the Australasian Charter Chapter of the ICF as Director of Coach Development and leads her own practice, PerformanceHQ, specialising in executive and team alignment and group process.

A graduate of the Masters of Coaching Psychology at the University of Sydney, Jacqui brings over 15 years and 5,000+ hours of coaching experience. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, adult development, and psychodynamic principles.

Working closely with corporate clients, she offers coaches and leaders practical insight into contemporary systemic challenges, ethical dilemmas, and the realities of leading and coaching in complex organisational environments.

Mariska du Preez, PCC

Mariska du Preez is an Executive and Leadership Coach who holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation.

Mariska serves on the Board of the Australasian Charter Chapter of the ICF as President Elect and leads her own practice, Journey2Discover, specialising in executive and leadership development for more human interactions at work.

A graduate of the Masters of Applied Management at Southern Institute of Technology, and holding various coaching qualifications Mariska brings over 15 years leadership and 1,200+ hours of coaching experience. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, adult development, and engineering principles.

Through close collaboration with clients, she helps coaches and leaders navigate today’s systemic challenges and real-world complexity of leading and coaching in human systems.
