For our Virtual Coach Connect in March 2026, we have Elena Mezentseva, ACC, talking about how we as coaches can harness our body as a partner in a coaching conversation.

In coaching, the body is not just a container for experience. The body is an active partner, offering signals, cues and truth that the mind often overlooks. When we attune to both our own somatic responses and the client’s embodied experience, the coaching conversation becomes deeper, clearer and more transformative. This virtual coach connect session explores how the body can guide presence, inquiry, and insight for both the coach and the client.

This will be an interactive session so come prepared to be engaged.

We know New Zealand has a special topography, and as many spaces as we have coaches serving in different areas. Because of this logistical intricacy our number one priority is to connect the ICF coaching community across Aotearoa.
