Join in this interactive session to hear how workplace coaching could improve wellbeing – even if you are not focussing on well-being! As if a by-product.
Find out more about the research to answer this question, and hear more about this experimental, longitudinal controlled trial examining which elements of wellbeing are impacted by workplace coaching.
You will also have the opportunity to learn about the TRAVEL and MOT4U models. A multi-layered programme to explore three fundamental aspects of coaching; the coach, the coaching practice, and the clients. The full course explores the model from an interchangeable aspect, bringing multiple dimensions of learning and many ways to embed the learning for continued growth, beyond the learning intervention. The course is based around the parts of a vehicle. The analogy of each part representing an element of resilience or well-being, as well as each of the ICF core competencies.
