In this immersive and insightful session, you’ll explore a simple yet powerful approach to accessing subconscious insight through guided visualisation. Rather than analysing behaviour or relying solely on conscious reflection, this method invites clients to connect with symbolic, intuitive information that often reveals underlying drivers, patterns, and untapped strengths.
First introduced in 2012 as a practical way to access subconscious information, this approach has since been refined through work with over 500 participants across individual and organisational settings. It has been used to support leadership development, resilience, and team connection - helping individuals access insights that feel immediately personal, relevant, and actionable.
You’ll experience a short, guided visualisation live, capture your reflections, and explore what emerges through structured peer conversation. From there, we’ll connect the experience back to coaching practice - showing how this approach can complement existing methods and provide a new entry point into deeper, more meaningful conversations.
This session is designed for experienced coaches who are curious about expanding their toolkit - not by replacing what they already do, but by adding a practical way to access insight that sits beyond the usual questions.
Justin Cooper is a professional development consultant and facilitator with over 14 years’ experience helping individuals and teams access deeper insight and improve how they work and lead. In 2012, Justin began exploring guided visualisation as a practical way to access subconscious information - after recognising that many people struggled to clearly articulate what truly drives them through traditional, rational approaches. What started as an experiment has since evolved into a structured method used across leadership, resilience, and team development programs. Justin is the Principal of Unearthd, where he designs and delivers programs that combine guided visualisations with facilitated Playshop experiences. His work has supported over 500 participants across Australia, Asia Pacific, the UK and Europe, helping people uncover underlying drivers, strengthen self-awareness, and translate insight into practical action. His approach is grounded, commercially relevant, and human - focused on helping people access insights that already exist within them, and use those insights to work and lead more effectively.
