Members can connect with a worldwide community of coaches and participate in a wide range of programs. Through this invaluable ICF network, each coach's expertise becomes the resource of all coaches. ICF is continually adding new Chapters to its extensive worldwide network. ICF Australasia includes branches in major capital cities across Australia and New Zealand plus activities and programs at an Australasia level. Choose a Branch at the top right hand corner of this site to learn more about activities in your local area.
ICF Members may volunteer for a variety of leadership roles within the organisation, including local and international positions. Connect with us to discuss local needs. Look for communications for international needs in the news section of Coachfederation.org, as well as in other member communications. Learn more about leadership roles by visiting the ICF Global website here.
Members can attend ICF Conferences, which provide all-inclusive training and educational programs, as well as high-impact networking opportunities. Membership includes a discount on conference registration fees. Find more information by visiting the ICF Global website here.
ICF Credentialed Members may host a member profile on the CRS as part of their membership. Routinely promoted in ICF communications, the CRS increases a coach's visibility as individuals and companies seeking coaching services use the CRS to find the right coach for their needs. Learn more about CRS by visiting the ICF Global website here.
Achieving credentials through ICF—the only globally recognised, independent credentialing program—not only makes a coach more marketable in a competitive market, but also signifies a coach's commitment to integrity, an understanding of coaching skills and a dedication to clients. ICF Credentials are awarded to professional coaches who meet stringent education and experience requirements and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the coaching competencies. All ICF Members are provided complete information about the ICF Credentialing Program, including ICF's individual credentialing and Coach Training Programs. ICF Members also receive a discount when applying for a credential. Learn more about the benefits of becoming an ICF Credentialed coach by visiting the ICF Global website!
There are thousands of coach training programs, but ICF can help you narrow your search. More than 220 programs have gone through rigorous reviews and demonstrate they align with ICF's Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. By completing an ICF-approved training program, you can be confident you are getting a high-quality education. Search approved programs on the online search facility on the ICF Global website.
ICF Chapters and Communities of Practice can apply for Continuing Coaching Education Units (CCEUs) for hosting ICF seminars and conferences. Coaches can use these credits when establishing or renewing an ICF Credential. By selecting ICF-approved events for CCEUs, members are assured the education provided aligns with the ICF Core Competencies, Code of Ethics and Definition of Coaching. Search the ICF Event Calendar on the ICF Global website to see current events or view our page of local providers.
