In 2017 the People, Performance and Culture team at KPMG Australia undertook a program of work to optimise the use of executive coaching and bring greater, coherence, transparency and strategic alignment to coaching engagements.
The team introduced a new framework and process to deliver high quality executive coaching across the firm – Coaching for Growth.
In this session, KPMG will showcase their work in 2017, focusing on Coaching for Growth.
We will hear about KPMG Australia’s model for aligning and building an effective executive coaching panel including:
The team will also share what they have learnt from their experience implementing this process and provide some top tips to HR on key success criteria; and to coaches on what is important to focus on.
