Nomination Information
The following ICF Members have accepted nominations for positions on the Board of Directors for the period 2022 – 2025.
Online Voting closed on Thursday 1st September at 12 noon AEST. Please attend the meeting to vote.
Votes may be made at the AGM provided you have not previously voted for a nominee.
Each financial ICF Member residing in Australia or New Zealand is entitled to submit a single vote for each position.
Position: President Elect
The following ICF Member has been nominated for the role of President Elect and endorsed by the Board. The office of President is a three year term – with one year being served in each role as: President Elect, President and Immediate Past President. The nominee is a Credentialed ICF Member in good standing.

Proxy and In Meeting Voting
Voting will be conducted in person at the meeting OR vote online and will close at 12:00 noon AEST (Sydney time) on Thursday 1 September. If you are unable to attend the meeting and do not wish to vote online, you can appoint a proxy to vote for you at the meeting.
Completed forms should be emailed to ICF Australasia admin@icfaustralasia.com or via post to PO Box 620 Toowong 4066 to reach there no later than 12:00 noon AEST (Sydney time) Thursday 1 September 2022.
No member may hold more than 5 proxies.
Proxy votes will not be accepted unless membership is current at the time of the AGM.
