Karl Baker, the Founder / Director of Red Hot Business Coaching Limited
“How to sell coaching”
Karl will also share some thoughts and reflections on where he sees the coaching industry heading.
Karl set up and grew his first business at age 25 which was Approved Mortgage Brokers. He took the business to Auckland, fought with his fellow directors and was very unhappy! He participated in life coaching for 2 years, being coached by Geoff Cullum of Leading Hand Coaching. He left Approved and set himself up as a business coach. He then joined forces with Mark Skelly and Lance Jensen and formed Red Hot Business Coaching. Karl is now 36 years old and Red Hot has 6 franchisees (4 in Wellington, 1 in Nelson and 1 in Christchurch). Red Hot has been selected as a finalist in the Franchise Association of NZ for the 2 years running.
