Advertising Guidelines

As at May 2011

CLASSIFIED ADVERTISEMENT FOR WA BRANCH NEWSLETTER

Format:

• 300 characters and spaces (“for example” = 13 characters and spaces)
• Heading to fit within one line (orange space on newsletter format)
• Font: Trebuchet MS size 14 for heading and 12 for text
• Colour: Black
• Inclusion of contact email and phone only
• No link or listing of website

Price:	WA Branch Member: Free	Non-member: $10

CLASSIFIED ADVERTISEMENT WITH ATTACHMENT FOR WA BRANCH NEWSLETTER

Format:

• 600 characters and spaces
• 1 x A4 page attachment
• No logo within the classified advertisement, however can be included in the attachment
• Font: Any font style. Size 14 for heading and 12 for text
• Colour: Any

Price:	WA Branch Member: $25	Non-member: $50

DEDICATED EMAIL

Format:

A short email to be sent twice to the newsletter database. Can include attachments.

Price:	WA Branch Member: $50	Non-member: $100

Terms and Conditions

• Publication of advertisements is at the discretion of the Leadership Team and is determined on appropriateness to the coaching profession and ICF.
• Deadline is 20th of the month for inclusion in the newsletter
• A “Member” is a financial WA Branch member and does not include all ICF members
• A “Non-member” is any other individual or organization NOT belonging to the WA Branch of ICF
• A member who places an advertisement promoting workshops, training or other events conducted by, or for the financial benefit of, non-members will be charged at the non-member rate
• Payment is to be made in advance of publication

Note to WA Branch members:

A variety of profile-raising forms exist within the Branch for members. These currently include:

• Contribute to the Branch Blog
• Deliver or present at a Professional Development Event
• Submit a listing to the Coach Directory
• Submit a listing on the ICF coach portal
