You are invited to a 1 day workshop on The Coaching Game, facilitated by Deb Saville PCC www.debsaville.com a Professional Certified Coach with over 2,400 coaching hours and 25+ years experience as an Enter-Trainer!

The Coaching Game is a unique and innovative new tool that is generating a buzz world-wide. It creates awareness and action for people using various media including pictures, stories, quotes and thought stimulating questions.

Participants will:

• Learn the theories that underlie the game and it’s four main components
• Learn how to use the game effectively in each of the three contexts: as a self coaching tool, in a one-on-one context, and with groups.
• Learn how to tailor the game to fit their coaching style
• Learn how to create new and innovative ways to use the game in both personal and professional situations.
• Design a Personal Action Plan to begin using The Coaching Game after the workshop

Using this cutting edge vehicle, you’ll be able to:

• Create meaningful and deeper levels of communication
• Break through barriers in individual, team and group work
• Be the catalyst for your client or team’s creativity
• Broaden perspectives towards decisive action
• Encourage left brain-right brain ‘engagement’ and increased motivation

The Coaching Game can be used in many situations such as: Coaching; Self, Individuals and Groups, Leadership groups, Business planning and strategy, Performance Appraisals and Supervision Sessions, Counselling, Meetings and even with family and friends socially!

Deb is a skilled Coach and an Enter-Trainer! She has led, cajoled, shown tough love, bent over backwards, challenged, empowered, and inspired 1000’s of people in enriching their lives, taking the plunge, making the change, calculating risks and has supported them in the pursuit of their growth + dreams with unswerving passion, commitment and integrity.

Deb is dynamic + enthusiastic. She has focus + real ability to make a difference to individuals and teams; personally + in the workplace.

Deb is a RESULTS trained coach and also has some experience in NLP and ontological methods. Her experience in training over a 25-year period allows her to draw upon an extensive toolkit to use a flexible and eclectic approach to meet individual needs. She engages her own coach periodically to stretch herself. Deb initiated a Coaches Forum to instigate a peer coaching system in order that coaches maintain and share their skills and is am an active member of the local coaching community and ICF chapter.

Deb aims to provide and generate a partnership to fast-track clients to their goals. She uses a ‘flexi-structure’ - but the client is always in the driving seat. The structure ensures working on actions that will take you closer to where you want to be!

However on the journey there is time to stop and savour it, consider different perspectives, different ways of being and uncover a smorgasbord of options before stretching and sampling, looking at results and feelings and "tweaking" until clients realise that they have grown more than first imagined. You are now easily accommodating your new outcomes and patterns to glide with more ease towards your goals.

Deb has worked in the government and non government sectors and currently assists service providers to Dare to Dream BIG with people with disabilities.
