New Free Member Benefit Promotional Table at Monthly events

As of October 2009 the Victoria Branch will offer members an additional benefit by allowing them to display their promotional materials at Monthly PD events. This excludes Coach Week and other one-off events.

This is Free Benefit Only to Members. Non-members wishing to advertise their promotional material can do so at a small fee of $35.00. This benefit allows Members and Non-members to market to coaches, guests at events, build strategic alliances, learn from each other and share up coming events.

Members and Non-members must adhere to the guidelines stated below.

1. Members and non-members can place up to 50 of the same brochure or flyer up to A4 size (only) on the table in one pile. Not multiple brochures in multiple piles.
2. Members and Non-members are responsible for their brochures, both the placement and the pick up at the end of the night.
3. All materials will be thrown out (into recycling) at the end of the night. We don't keep people's brochures for handing out.
4. ICF does NOT endorse any brochures or materials. We merely offer the opportunity.
5. We have the right to refuse materials without explanation.
6. We have the right to rearrange, re-organise or redistribute materials without explanation (for example if someone fans out brochures and takes up the table).
7. Brochures cannot be placed on seats or handed out to participants - they are for pick up by the participants from the table.
